Next in our coveted series of Chef Brent’s Culinary Deep Dive Dinners is a stop on the beaches of Coastal Mexico. Where the bounty of the tropical climate meets the vast abundance of the sea, where food is culture, and where the tequila, mezcal, beer and cocktails flow. Brent’s love of storytelling meets his classical training in anthropology and decades of delighting the palate. We’re excited to welcome you to our next flagship dinner.

The evening includes five courses of spectacular food, where all are seated together to foster friendship and community. And, knowing us, we’ll probably sneak in a few paired beverage tastings!
