We’re excited to bring a new twist on our community dinners – introducing the Deep Dive Dinner series. First up? The Flavors of Italy. Chef Brent learned italian flavors and teqniques under the tutelage of Giovanna at Cafe Giovanna, and he’s dipping into his history to share some of the lessons he learned (while recounting some of the stories of being yelled at as a young man).

We know how spectacular all of our paired beverage dinners have been, but we know not all of you are drinkers, and so rather than offer paired beverages included with each course, we’ll be offering specially crafted drink options, both alcoholic and non-, from a cash bar. Meaning, if you only want to dabble in drinks, you’re welcome to. And of course, if you want to indulge, well, you’re amongst friends!
