Shake off the doldrums of the darkest month with a four-course dinner featuring some of our favorite cold-weather comfort foods. We’ll share the menu soon, but expect to experience Chef Brent’s Ethereal Mushroom Soup™, bison short ribs, and other braised delights. It’s an evening sure to warm the spirits and the belly. Beverages will be available à la carte.
