Join us for the next installment of our Culinary Deep Dive series, where Chef Brent’s love of food, storytelling and training in Anthropology meet for an unforgettable evening of food amongst friends. His menus have always had a Puerto Rican influence, courtesy of his wife Evy, and we’ll be diving all the way in with this seafood-heavy exploration of Caribbean cuisine. Two drink pairings are included, additional beverages will be available à la carte.
