The Carter Payne presents a unique Mexico dining experience from the mind of our very own Chef Marcus. Inspired by his heritage and travels, dinner will feature seven courses over four acts paired alongside a mix of wine and spirits from different Regions of Mexico. Any further details will be kept under wraps, per the chef’s request.

Our goal is to change the way we do food in the springs. We’re ready to expand the community’s palette, introduce new flavors, create a cultural experience in which broadens knowledge amongst our community.
