Our Chef’s Brent and Marcus will present an immersive live fire experience on July 16th, 2023 at Of Fire and Wine. This intimate evening will encompass a six course paired dinner, with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, to express true flavor through a variety of cooking techniques on an open flame.
Fire translates through so many communities and traditions in a way that brings us closer together. This dinner is an opportunity to bring us closer to traditional ways of cooking, to the outdoors, and to each other. Connecting with others through food is a truly special gift that we are so lucky to provide to the community, and we are excited to host this special event on the patio and share the fire with all of you.
Note: We will be seated community style on the patio, weather permitting. Please dress comfortably for the weather.
